Each loop record is locally signed (HMAC, per-runs-root key) and `dossier`/`runs get`/`runs verify`/`challenge`/`badge` report an `integrity` verdict (`verified` / `tamper_detected` / `unsigned`) so post-hoc edits to a record are detectable, not just inspectable.
